Construction Stage

A) Prepare cash flow charts and Cost Management with respect to the actual at site
B) Prepare detail construction schedule, guide the construction team and Time Management with necessary reports.
C) Prepare project specific Quality Inspection Plan and implement at site
D) Certify contractor’s Invoice, claims and Variation Management
E) Contract Management by monitoring the tendered works, extra works, cost and time implications.
F) Appraise and guide the Clients regarding the procurement schedule for all the construction materials.

Post Constuction Stage

We assist client in closing the contract by issuing :

A) Testing & Commissioning reports of Projects,
B) Project Close out Report with necessary documents,
C) Final Certification after Defect Liability.
